MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase is so easy, just browse the product pages and click on the item you are interested in, this will give you a more detailed description of this product, you can even click on the picture to make it bigger.

If you want to purchase an item, make sure the quantity is correct and then click on add to order this will then be added to your basket,  it will show at the top of the page how many items you have chosen, you can now carry on shopping.

When you are ready to go to the checkout click on finalise your order which will take you through to the details page.

Put in your name, address and any details you are requested, press next, this will then show a window to advise you are going into a secure site.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY
This site is set up for debit & credit card payments through a very secure payment gateway, this company is called Nochex, they deal with your transaction details not us, all your information remains totally secure. Please note on your statement it will show payment to Nochex not Spingle Spangle Crafts.

When you are happy with the details of your order click on which card method you will be making payment from, this will then take you through to the details page, on this page fill in the card details as required and your billing address etc, tick the 3 boxes as stated then click on MAKE PAYMENT, your transaction will now be processed, once it is authorised by your card provider it will notify you and show you the details and amount you have just paid, now click on CONTINUE this page will show a THANK YOU for your custom, you will be sent a confirmation email of your order and payment made. It is a simple as that.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS
If you do not like making online payments you can send us a cheque or postal order made payable to Spingle Spangle Crafts with your order, our address is on the contact page.

Please note payments by cheque will take a little longer due to cheque clearance, once this has cleared we will dispatch your order.

VAT CHARGES
All our prices are VAT included.

MINIMUM ORDER
Spingle Spangle Crafts do NOT have a minimum order amount, we value all our customers whether you choose to spend £1 or £100, what's more you will see that our postage costs are kept to a minimum so that small orders do not end up costing a small fortune.

DELIVERIES
We will aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days (sooner if possible), the orders will normally be sent by post unless it is a large order and of high value, this will then be sent by registered post.

There are 4 levels of post and packaging you can choose from:
Orders up to £1.00 = £0.60
Orders over £1 up to £5 = £1.00
Orders over £5 up to £15 = £1.95
Orders over £15 up to £23 = £3.00

Orders over £23 up to £40 = £4.50 requires a signature upon delivery.

Orders £40 up to £70 = £5.50 requires a signature upon delivery.

Orders £70 up to £90 = £7.50 requires a signature upon delivery

Orders £90 up to £150 = £12.00 required a signature upon delivery

POSTAGE IS FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY, ANY ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A DELIVERY COST

BACK ORDERS
We aim to carry items on our web site in stock at all times, if we are out of stock on an item due to high demand, we will mark this product with an OUT OF STOCK sign until available again.
If you have ordered an item which is newly out of stock, we will contact you to determine whether you are happy for the item to follow at a later date or whether you would prefer to cancel part of your order and we will give you a refund.

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we will refund you on return of items you are not satisfied with, this must be done within 14 days of order with its original packaging.

In the unlikely event that you should receive a product which is faulty, we are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange for an alternative item. Please return the items to us together with the invoice (or copy) within 14 days stating the reason for returning the goods and whether you require a refund or exchange within 14 days.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post that you are returning to us, to avoid any problems we suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the post office.

PRIVACY POLICY
Spingle Spangle Crafts will never sell or share our customer details with anyone. The information we collect from the web site is PRIVATE and for the sole use of Spingle Spangle Crafts to process your order, we no longer have a log in page as we feel some people was concerned with logging details on a web site so we try to be more user friendly and do not hold any addresses on database at all. We will keep your information for a short time and may send you special offers now and again, this will only be approximately twice a year. If you would like to be removed from our list and would not like any special offers to be sent to you, please send us an email requesting this with your name and address so we can delete the details, email: Sales@spinglespanglecrafts.co.uk

Postage charges on this web site is for UK only, if your purchase is for a delivery outside the UK, please contact us by email on: Sales@spinglespanglecrafts.co.uk and advise us which country you are in and which items you would like to purchase, we will then be able to advise you of a postage cost.
